Lawn Treatments That Get Results!
Cutting The Green Lawn Care offers our clients fertilization services based on an annual schedule that includes eight (8) treatments that start in mid-February and conclude in December.
Applications are applied approximately every six (6) weeks throughout the growing season.
For the very best results, we recommend aerating and overseeding in the spring in conjunction with our lawn treatments.

Our Lawn Care Treatment Outline
Treatments are applied approximately every 6 weeks from February to December.
Winter/Early Spring: Pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides are applied to control existing weeds and limit future weeds.
Late winter/Early Spring: Includes pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control plus fertilizer to give the turf a boost as it begins to enter the growing season ahead.
Spring: Weed control as needed and slow-release fertilizer so the grass doesn’t experience a rapid growth spurt.
Early Summer: Spot spraying of any remaining weeds in the turf and another dose of slow-release fertilizer to ensure the grass has all of the nutrients it needs.
Summer: Another spot spray to eliminate pesky weeds and a light fertilizer application so as to not burn the turf during the summer heat.
Late Summer: Slow-release fertilizer to help the lawn recover from the stress of the summer’s hot and dry climate.
Early Fall: Well-balanced fertilization in the fall provides the turf with everything it needs to prepare for the winter. Any existing weeds are sprayed and pre-emergent herbicide is applied to control winter annuals.
Late fall/Early Winter: A heavy rate of fertilizer is applied for the lawn so it can store the nutrients over the winter months.
