How do you bill for services?
Cutting The Green Lawn Care bills on a monthly basis; invoices are sent at the beginning of each month with payment due by the 10th.
What if it rains on my scheduled day of service?
If it only rains one day, we’ll be there the next day. If there are multiple rain days, we will provide service on your next scheduled weekly service day.
Do you provide commercial services?
Yes, we do offer our services to businesses as well as residential customers.
Do you offer a discount for payment in full for the season?
Yes, we do.
Is it possible to add extra services on my service day?
No, we work really hard to maintain our service schedule for all customers. We’d be glad to add the service to your next visit.
Do you move items from the yard?
No, please ensure grassy areas are clear of any items before service.
Do you remove dog poop?
Yes, for a service fee. If you would like us to pooper scoop before we mow your lawn please let us know so we can provide you with a free estimate that includes pet waste removal.
What’s the max shrub height that you can trim?
We don’t trim shrubs above 8 feet tall due to safety and insurance purposes.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and are happy to email you a copy upon request.
Do you offer landscaping services?
We do not offer landscape design or installation services but do offer landscape maintenance services such as mulch and pine straw installation, shrub pruning, and spring and fall cleanups including leaf removal.
